While brand new, custom dentures are specifically crafted for your mouth, as time goes on, the gum tissues tend to change, causing your denture to not quite fit the same. At Alliston Denture Clinic, we offer professional denture relining to ensure your smile stays comfortable as these changes take place.

Hard relining is recommended at least every two years, and consists of removing a layer from the denture's interior surface, and filling it with a material that allows your dentures to take the new shape of your mouth. For patients wearing temporary or partial dentures, or who cannot wear traditional dentures due to sensitivity, we offer a soft reline. A soft reline uses a material that is less likely to cause any irritation.
